About Us
Too many artists are told to compromise, dilute their sound, fit in, play the social media game.
SUBVRS was built to do the opposite.
SUBVRS supports underground artists with guidance, structure, and opportunities to build sustainable careers. Through artist development, strategic support, and events, we help artists focus on their craft and grow with intention. Our team of music lovers and event professionals believe the business side should be handled by people who respect the culture. SUBVRS is part of a movement to protect and evolve the underground while keeping it accessible and community-rooted. Our mission is to create space for overlooked voices and support artists of all backgrounds and stages.
Our vision is to build a future where all underground electronic artists can thrive without compromising their identity or creative freedom. We envision an ecosystem where artists have access to guidance, community, and opportunities that allow them to grow sustainably, whether they are emerging, evolving, or already established. SUBVRS aims to become a trusted cultural platform that connects artists, audiences, and creative communities through events, collaborations, and artist development initiatives that strengthen the underground scene. By supporting artists with strategy, events, and industry navigation, SUBVRS helps create pathways that allow underground culture to evolve while staying true to the values that made it matter in the first place. The genres may have expanded, but our ethos remains the same.
We put artists first, and everything we do is designed to protect their creative freedom, wellbeing, and long-term sustainability. SUBVRS is rooted in underground integrity, prioritising authenticity, intention, and artistic expression over hype. We champion creative freedom by giving artists space to experiment and evolve on their own terms. Built on community and collaboration, we connect artists, venues, and audiences to create meaningful shared experiences. Culture always comes before commerce, ensuring every project strengthens the underground rather than exploiting it. With transparency, trust, and honest communication at our core, we help artists grow with intention, building careers founded on authenticity, connection, and dedication.
Behind Subvrs
Natalie Waddington is the founder of SUBVRS, a platform rooted in artist development, community, and the long-term growth of underground talent. Working closely with each artist, she leads on strategy, positioning, and bookings, building paths that are intentional, sustainable, and true to the culture.
Alongside SUBVRS, she created Underground Voices, a community-led editorial series documenting the stories and perspectives of those shaping the scene beyond the spotlight. Her work is driven by connection, trust, and a commitment to keeping the underground honest.
Dolcie Power moves between creative marketing and culture, with a focus on storytelling shaped by festivals, dance floors, and the communities around them. With a background in social media, content creation, and event planning, she brings a hands-on, visual approach to how moments are captured and shared.
Blending creative instinct with marketing precision, her work is rooted in connection, translating real experiences into narratives that reflect the energy of the underground.
Paulina Remiszewska is a marketing strategist with a strong foundation across both B2B and B2C environments. With experience in content, email marketing, and campaign strategy, she approaches her work through structure, analysis, and clear intention.
Focused on storytelling through systems, she connects culture, design, and data to build strategies that are both creative and measurable, helping shape and strengthen the direction behind SUBVRS.
